Planting Instructions

This Top Shelf™ food plot seed blend for whitetail deer provides food plot seed that is perfect for your favorite hunting spots. Deer feeders aren’t necessary. Rake the surface and broadcast the seeds wherever you want to have deer feed. 

Soil Preparation 

Fertilize and Lime Application: Brassica Blend Requires Up to 300 lbs. of 13-13-13 Per Acre. 
 
Fertilization Recommendation: Mix into soil prior to planting 
Lime Recommendation: 1 Ton/Acre without a soil sample test
